About me - Robert Bernhardsson, Licensed Psychologist based in Sweden
Specializing in Panic and Anxiety — Sharing Psychological Tools Through Digital Channels
Hi, I’m Robert — a licensed clinical psychologist based in Sweden, with over a decade of experience supporting individuals facing panic attacks, anxiety disorders, and emotional exhaustion.
I’ve worked in psychiatric care, primary healthcare, schools, and private practice. Over time, this has led me to a focused interest in panic-related challenges — and to exploring how psychological knowledge can be shared more widely through digital resources and self-guided programs.
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to better understand their mind — and to engage with tools that promote insight, clarity, and resilience.

A Specialist in Panic Attacks
As a panic attack expert, I’ve supported individuals dealing with intense fear, recurring anxiety episodes, avoidance behaviors, and the uncertainty that panic can bring. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other established therapeutic models, always grounded in clinical experience.
Over the years, I noticed that many people struggling with panic attacks lacked access to consistent, affordable support. This inspired me to create a self-guided online program — designed to bring science-based tools to more people, wherever they are.
The program is structured to offer guidance in understanding and navigating panic symptoms at your own pace, using practical, therapeutic strategies informed by what has helped others in clinical settings.
Please note: I am licensed to practice psychology in Sweden. This program does not constitute medical treatment or replace one-on-one therapy. It is a self-help resource informed by psychological science.

Why I Created this Self-Guided Program
Too many people struggle to access effective care for panic attacks. Long waitlists, inconsistent support, and stigma keep people from getting help. I created this program to bridge the gap between traditional therapy and accessible, flexible solutions.
It’s built for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to understand themselves better — and want tools grounded in psychology, not guesswork.
You’re Not Alone
Whether you’ve tried other things without success or this is your first step, know this: you are not alone.
Thousands struggle with the same fears, doubts, and symptoms — but support and change are possible with the right tools and insight.
I’m here to share that journey, so you can explore a path toward more clarity, calm, and control.
